Denise offers speaking engagements as well as more interactive workshops. She works with clients to understand their specific development areas, whether it is an overview of leadership skills or a specific behavior or skill they would like to improve in their organization. This often includes an upfront assessment to see what is most needed.

Denise works with clients to then determine how to meet the development need. This can come in the form of a one hour speech to a group of leaders, a short seminar, a single or multi-day off-site, or even a multi-faceted program spaced out over a few months, dependent on the objectives the client wants to accomplish.
